We are looking for a Commercialization Strategies Manager - Ice Cream to join our team.

- Salary scale 006: $95,900 to $119,900 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
What’s involved in this role:
- Responsible for translating category marketing objectives into regional and market segment commercialization plans. In collaboration with category managers, insights, shopper, and finance teams, the tasks include:
- Actively contributing to the development and achievement of the annual category target in the following market segments: conventional grocery stores, large retailers, convenience stores, clubs.
- Building and measuring the category's MAPPS strategies (Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, Promotion, Shelving) to achieve category objectives by region and market segment:
- Assortment strategy, maximizing distribution, and listing innovations.
- In-store and shelf placement strategy for products.
- Regular, long-term, and promotional pricing strategy (depth and frequency of announcements).
- In-store execution and merchandising strategy (displays).
- Monthly monitoring and animation of key MAPPS indicators; adjusting strategies as needed.
- In collaboration with the category manager and shopper team, ensuring perfect execution of the annual category plan: market activities (in the form of a calendar), listings with clients, communication of innovation plans, and in-store execution.
- Responsible for monitoring the category's commercialization budget and investments related to MAPPS.
- Collaborating with the insights team, evaluating categories using performance indicators (Nielsen and internal data), and presenting opportunities or threats, as well as recommendations.
- Ensuring the materialization of opportunities in the market and with clients; proper management of category price increases (pricing strategy and impacts).
- Multi-functional liaison agent, ensuring effective communication between marketing, sales, demand, and finance departments. Key 'Sales' contact for brand managers (marketing).
- Actively participating in various meetings related to category commercialization. Actively contributing to the organization of various management committees.
What you need to join our team:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or business intelligence.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the food industry (sales and category management).
- Excellent analytical skills, developed strategic thinking.
- Business sense, negotiation, and influence.
- Ability to manage multiple files/projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines.
- Concise and effective communication.
- Essential bilingualism (French and English) both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of data from various market analysis systems (Nielsen, IRI, Retail Link, Dunhumby).
- Good knowledge of micro-computer software (MS Office).
