I am looking to hire a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a reputable Non-Profit company here in Milwaukee, WI (53226). This role will be a permanent position and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $175k- $210k (Based on experience)
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k (match), PTO, Holidays
Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm (flexible on start time)
Remote: 100% onsite (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall financial strategy, planning and management
- Ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, employees, donors, investors, auditors, and Board of Directors
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning efforts
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, grant management, audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead audit preparation with external auditors and financial institutions
- Proven ability to collaborate with organization leaders in strategy creation and execution as well as provide financial insights and recommendation
- Experience in executive leadership roles in
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Masters preferred)
- CPA (not necessary but a +)
- 7-10 years’ experience in Non-Profit
