Role Overview:
The Contractor for Global Quota Operations plays a critical role in setting fiscal year planning stakeholders up for success by improving efficiency in our planning tool performance (uptime & speed) and streamlining processes. This role is essential for delivering a seamless user experience for fast and accurate quota delivery within February. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Incentive Compensation, and Sales Strategy, this individual will identify and solve areas of excessive complexity, manual effort, or cross-functional dependency.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a relentless curiosity and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed. Responsibilities include business requirement documentation, status tracking, enablement content creation, and executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert in quota planning, guiding multiple stakeholders on policy, processes, and planning tool features for fiscal year planning.
- Deliver data-driven insights and solution recommendations in partnership with cross-functional teams to streamline quota planning tools and processes.
- Drive the retrospective workflow to collect and consolidate feedback from primary stakeholders: Quota and Strategy teams.
- Collaborate with quota business requirement owners to consolidate target-setting tool enhancement requests for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Create demo recordings highlighting key changes and process workflows and share them via regular stakeholder readouts.
- Develop user story documentation required for Anaplan tool development and facilitate corresponding demos/UAT for planning stakeholders.
- Coordinate with executive leadership to ensure the timely delivery of critical quota data dependencies.
- Regularly connect with relevant planning stakeholders to share updates and gather feedback on the Anaplan Quota Setting Tool.
- Support a structured learning journey for stakeholders across Go-To-Market Planning Applications.
- Craft structured, just-in-time communication, reminders, and learnings during execution.
- Establish transparent, reliable program progress tracking for executive leadership.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, sales finance, sales compensation, or strategy roles.
- Experience with the planning and delivery of Go-To-Market processes, and/or familiarity with target-setting for various selling roles across different regions.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale IT implementations or enterprise-level critical initiatives.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage deliverables independently in high-pressure situations.
- Creative problem-solver who can balance the big picture with details to overcome challenges and find alternative solutions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to simplify complex ideas and consider multiple perspectives (policy, process, and technology).
