The Vice President, Revenue Operations will have proven success working with both revenue leadership as well as key cross-functional partners to analyze and accelerate the business. This person will be a key strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, and their direct reports. This individual will be proactive, driven and resilient, possess strong analytical skills as well as being an excellent communicator with executive presence, and they will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Partner with revenue leadership and the sales team to build a high-performing sales organization that can represent MoneyLion's offerings to our customers.
- Implement and execute key functions of a sales team including: territory/role/channel design, sales process management and improvement, data hygiene, payouts and sales tool development.
- Define, build and maintain the sales inputs, forecasting and pipeline management of a complex marketplace business.
- Lead pipeline and business reviews on a recurring basis.
- Design and implement consistent ways to manage the sales process, including a strong understanding of how to work with Salesforce to implement those processes.
- Partner with revenue leadership to define their strategy and develop plans to execute.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact.
- Help incubate new business opportunities, from pre-launch to launch to scale.
- Explore new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap.
- Scale a sales operations team aligned with the revenue organization.
- 10+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising related fields; and/or in Sales Operations teams.
- Deep experience with both enterprise and mid-market/SMB sales models.
- Experience leading and managing a team of individual contributors.
- Self starter with expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Collaborates effectively and embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
- Ability to dive deep as well as understand the big picture.
- Demonstrated track record of innovating, challenging assumptions and implementing better approaches.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects.
The annual base salary for this role is between $200,000 - $220,000 per year with the addition of variable pay. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
