Our client is from Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative duties, including preparing quotations, responding to inquiries, and managing sales documentation.
- Source and procure ball bearings for replacement parts.
- File GST refunds when required.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, orders, and incentives.
- Update goods receipt records and reconcile with purchase orders for payment processing with Finance.
- Generate purchase orders for stock and internal department requests.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Streamline operational procedures to improve team coordination and overall efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners on order status, delivery, and claims.
- Maintain and update pricing, discounts, and product details in the system.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min O-Level or Diploma in Business Management, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Pivot Table and VLOOKUP would be advantageous.
- Willing to travel overseas.
