The Sales Operations Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to our APAC sales team, enabling sales representatives to maximise productivity throughout each stage of the complex B2B sales cycle. The individual will also lead key initiatives to improve sales practices, deliver actionable data insights, and drive end-to-end workflow efficiency.
This role is critical to our APAC growth strategy, providing the operational backbone that allows our sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals with major financial institutions.
Duties
- Partner with regional leadership to implement sales processes that align with global standards while accommodating APAC-specific market requirements.
- Implement key initiatives related to sales processes and coordinating with various departments.
- Triage new leads and serve as the regional bid management lead, coordinating comprehensive RFP/RFI responses with global HQ in London and cross-functional teams globally.
- Work with sales representatives to drive accuracy and data quality in Salesforce.
- Provide pricing guidance and commercial support through the entire sales cycle.
- Work closely with Sales, Legal and Finance teams to ensure that all aspects of contracts, including pricing and billing, are accurately executed.
- Implement processes to improve reporting, detailed forecasting, and accuracy through effective client and pipeline management.
- Generate actionable insights from sales data to inform territory planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain data quality in CRM tools to produce accurate reports.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in enterprise B2B software sales, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience supporting a large, multi-national sales force with related sales processes.
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and processes in the APAC region.
- Strong data analytics skills and ability to translate complex data insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, quota setting, and territory planning.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including workflows and dashboards.
- Effective and creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies.
- Understanding of financial technology landscape in APAC
