Key Responsibilities:
Service Request Management Optimization:
- Assist in analyzing and improving current processes for managing bulk tender and period contract requests from various agencies.
- Explore and recommend ways to better utilize tools like Confluence and Microsoft tools to efficiently manage service requests and improve workflow automation.
Process Documentation & Knowledge Base Development:
- Work with the Sales team to document the existing processes, including approvals, legal reviews, and other essential operational workflows.
- Help build and organize a knowledge base to standardize and streamline the team’s work processes.
Vendor Costing Database Management:
- Collaborate with the team to organize and capture vendor costing data collected for PCFA (Period Contract Framework Agreement) work.
- Help develop a database to ensure data is correctly captured, structured, and can be easily referenced or manipulated for future use.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in compiling, analyzing, and visualizing data for reporting purposes, making recommendations based on insights gathered.
Requirements:
- Students with a Business Administration diploma or degree are preferred.
- Detail-oriented individuals are ideal in this role.
- Basic knowledge of data management, data entry, or reporting would be beneficial.
- Immediate starter have an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 months of commitment.
