BNTV is looking for a dynamic Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and forging key client relationships. This role requires a proven track record in scaling sales operations and meeting aggressive revenue targets while aligning sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and retention
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Present sales performance and strategies to senior management and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in scaling sales operations and meeting revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to travel as needed
