About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Business Operations to lead and optimize the front-office functions that drive our business forward. You’ll work directly with the founders to translate vision into execution, streamline internal systems, and own the day-to-day performance of our sales, marketing, HR, and strategic operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a builder’s environment, has strong business instincts, and wants to make an immediate difference.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Execution
- Own the planning and implementation of quarterly and annual business goals
- Drive execution across sales, marketing, and HR functions
- Monitor KPIs, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and systems to scale operations efficiently
Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Oversee day-to-day operations of sales and marketing teams
- Ensure alignment between brand messaging, lead generation, and sales outcomes
- Implement tools and systems to track and improve funnel performance
People & Culture
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
- Build a strong, accountable team culture in alignment with company values
- Own internal communication systems and cadence (team meetings, reporting, 1:1s)
Finance & Vendor Management
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor negotiation
- Optimize spending and resource allocation across departments
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities without compromising quality
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Are a generalist with experience in small business leadership or fast-growing startups
- Have 5+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, or cross-functional management
- Are comfortable managing both creative and analytical teams
- Know your way around CRMs, marketing platforms, and project management tools
- Have strong communication skills and a bias toward clarity and accountability
- Thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same
- Love the outdoors and get excited about the future of mobile living and sustainable travel
Nice to Haves
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or outdoor/lifestyle industries
- Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) business models and marketing
- Background in scaling operational systems in a high-growth phase
