The Senior Manager for Sales Operations & Supply Chain will contribute to Chillhouse’s vision of excellence by supporting retailers and distributors in delivering excellent customer service to our business partners. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with management experience to work collaboratively with all cross functional teams. This role is responsible for managing supply chain orders as well as end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order management, supply chain operations, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track all supply chain orders of new inventory from manufactures to warehouse delivery
- Ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for EDI orders
- Develop and implement order management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize order workflows
- Liaise with transport carrier on issues relating to deliveries, returns/rejections. Issue return authorization when necessary
- Monitor order processing metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements
- Address and resolve escalations related to order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issues
- Utilize order management systems (OMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Participate in customer meetings & communication to customers where appropriate
- Provide post shipment support and be responsible for shortages, overages, and other claims investigations
- Coach, mentor, and develop the order management team to foster professional growth and high performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- This role requires 2 days per week in the Long Island office (Great Neck area) and 1-2 Days per week in NYC office. Fridays are a work from home day.
- 7+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with EDI orders a plus
- SAP SD Module knowledge a plus but not required
- Relevant experience with Customer Relationship management
- Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

The anticipated compensation range is 91,000.00 - 149,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
