Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive profitability, liquidity, and long-term growth.
· Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring strong fiscal discipline.
· Optimize capital structure and manage fundraising efforts, including equity, debt, and strategic investments.
· Drive cost efficiency, risk management, and compliance with renewable energy regulations and financial policies.
· Lead M&A activities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to expand business operations.
· Implement advanced financial analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
· Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, audits, and corporate governance frameworks.
· Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align financial goals with the company’s long-term vision.
· Represent the company in investor relations, board meetings, and high-level financial discussions.
Qualifications & Experience:· Proven success as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance executive in renewable energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries.
· Expertise in corporate finance, investment strategy, and financial risk management.
· Strong track record of fundraising, capital allocation, and financial restructuring.
· Deep knowledge of financial compliance, regulatory requirements, and global energy markets.
· CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
