What you'll do
- Support process management tools and help optimize internal workflows
- Coordinate cross-team processes and ensure smooth collaboration
- Document and improve key business operations
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions
- Jump into other areas based on your strengths and interests
What you bring
- You study business, management, organizational development—or something similar
- You’re curious about project and process management in tech-driven environments
- You are proficient or enjoy learning new tools (especially Atlassian: Jira, Confluence)
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You're proactive, independent, and love contributing your own ideas
