Sales Operations team
across ANZ to meet the growing demand for our services—and we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of the sales operations team, collaborating cross functionally with key teams in the business such as sales, finance, retention and client on-boarding.
- Develop and maintain salesforce dashboard and reports to track performance
- Analyse meaningful data to provide actionable insights to the business including slide packs for presentations and board packs
- Monitor and report on sales performance including contract processing
- Create 6 star sales kick off and conference materials that showcase performance across channels and teams
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience - You’ve been in the game long enough to know how to coach your team to success
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce & Power BI - You’ll have a minimum 2 years experience working with these tools and able to navigate reporting & dashboards
- Exceptional communication skills - You can break down complex requirements into simple, actionable information & decks for the sales team
- Proactive problem-solver - You’re not just reactive; you anticipate needs and act quickly.
- Great time management skills - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
