We are looking to fill a Sales Administrative Assistant position at our West Edmonton facility. This is a dynamic role that provides support to our sales management team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties pertaining to the sales department, including reporting and tracking of various sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will be proficient in using computers and various software programs, including our internal computer system and Microsoft Office applications. They will also have the ability to multi-task while completing reports and projects within specified timelines. Qualifications:
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Capable of learning on the job
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in administration
