The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and forging key client relationships. This role requires a proven track record in scaling sales operations and meeting aggressive revenue targets while aligning sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and retention
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
Present sales performance and strategies to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of success in scaling sales operations and meeting revenue targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to travel as needed
