Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support the EMEA Services & Sales teams in delivering key objectives and maintaining efficient operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service-related processes, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring seamless execution of professional services programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Coordination Support:

Assist in delivering the Pro Services budget and objectives.

Manage PS calendars to ensure smooth on-site visits.

Use Salesforce (SFDC) to track service programs and projects.
-
Ensure Opportunities, Projects, and Service Orders (SO) are properly linked.

Approve and check Service Purchase Orders (POs) & Contracts.

Champion Service Renewal processes and coordinate with Sales.

Reporting & Data Management:
-
Generate quarterly reports for partners on upcoming renewals.
-
Work with Sales to manage the services renewal pipeline.

Analyze data to identify key areas for budget improvement.

Provide monthly reports on training programs from Litmos.

Upload POS (Proof of Sales) data from partners to Oracle.

Provide monthly reports to Senior Management on Services Sales

Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Service:

Establish professional relationships with Spectralink’s Channel Partners.

Collaborate with Services, Sales & Marketing, Operations, R&D, and Product teams to deliver BAU and project initiatives.

Ensure a first-class partner experience by improving service processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of all Spectralink solutions including Product, Software and Services.

Bracknell Office operations to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors, ordering office supplies, in-house catering requirements & sending parcels and couriers

Take ownership of ad hoc Business Operations projects as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

2+ years industry related experience with sales/business operations, or similar field required

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based in Bracknell, with some flexibility for remote work.
