We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support the EMEA Services & Sales teams in delivering key objectives and maintaining efficient operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service-related processes, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring seamless execution of professional services programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years industry related experience with sales/business operations, or similar field required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus but not essential.
- A hands-on approach to process improvement and efficiency.
- A strong team player, always willing to contribute to team success.
