Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $100.00 to $120.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term business objectives.
- Advise the CEO and executive leadership on key financial decisions and risk management.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling initiatives.
- Oversee core financial operations, including accounting, treasury, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- CPA license required for this role.
- At least 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 3+ years in a CFO or VP Finance position.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on oversight of financial operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in GAAP compliance, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities for influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial structures and large-scale budgets.
