We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. Duties

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Manage the revenue cycle to optimize cash flow and enhance profitability.
Lead treasury management activities, including cash forecasting, investment strategies, and risk management.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the board of directors and senior leadership.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks impacting financial performance.
Collaborate with other executives to drive strategic planning initiatives across the organization.
Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high-performing department.

Experience

Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within finance or accounting functions.
Experienced in head start program
Experienced in child welfare
Extensive experience in non profit management
Proven expertise in strategic planning, tax accounting, corporate accounting, revenue cycle management, and treasury management.
Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
Exceptional skills in financial report writing with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market analysis and revenue management strategies.
A track record of successfully leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
