We’re hiring an
Executive Business Partner to support Legora’s Chief Financial Officer. This is a critical role at the center of the finance organisation, designed to ensure our CFO can stay focused on the highest-impact work as Legora continues to scale.
You’ll be a trusted partner to a senior leader operating at high velocity. This role is highly execution-driven and ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex environments — and who takes pride in enabling leaders to perform at their best.
You’ll be part of Legora’s broader Executive Operations function, working closely with other Executive Business Partners to share best practices, ensure consistency, and continuously improve how we support our leadership team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work in close partnership with the CFO, providing high-quality administrative and operational support that enables focus, speed, and sound decision-making. Over time, you’ll develop a deep understanding of priorities, rhythms, and where your support creates the most leverage.
More than that, we believe you will thrive by taking ownership of:
- Providing seamless day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CFO, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and working styles
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, managing complex calendars and scheduling with strong business context and judgment
- Owning travel and logistics end to end, including board meetings, investor interactions, offsites, and internal events
- Streamlining communication and coordination across Finance and the wider organisation, ensuring decisions, priorities, and follow-ups are clearly documented and actioned
- Proactively anticipating needs, identifying risks or conflicts early, and proposing thoughtful, practical solutions
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Collaborating closely with the wider Executive Operations team to ensure alignment across the leadership team
Who You Are
You’re highly organised, execution-focused, and trusted by the leaders you support. You bring calm, structure, and good judgment to fast-moving environments — and you know how to operate confidently at senior levels of the organisation.
More Than That, We Believe You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar role supporting VP-level or C-suite executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly as plans change
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Sound business judgment and an instinct for when to escalate versus act independently
- Comfort working across functions, time zones, and seniority levels with professionalism
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and strong working relationships
