Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to support effective territory planning and segmentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine forecasting and pipeline analysis.

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce and other tools.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance sales efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in designing and executing sales compensation and incentive strategies.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with data modeling and business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics.
