About the RoleThis is a critical leadership position for an experienced finance professional who thrives in high-growth environments and has successfully led IPO preparations and public listing processes. You will oversee the company’s entire financial strategy, operations, and regulatory compliance while working closely with the Board, investors, and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities✅ Lead all financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting & risk management.
✅ Oversee capital raising activities (debt & equity) and investor relations.
✅ Drive and manage the entire IPO readiness and execution, including compliance with SEBI and stock exchange norms.
✅ Develop robust tax strategies to optimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
✅ Manage treasury operations, liquidity, working capital & capital structure.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, bankers, and financial institutions.
✅ Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team to enable informed business decisions.
Ideal Candidate✔️ Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles in the FMCG or related sectors.
✔️ Proven track record of successfully leading IPOs and public company compliance.
✔️ Experience in capital raising, due diligence, and managing relationships with investors & the Board.
✔️ Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance.
✔️ Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
✔️ Strong strategic mindset with excellent negotiation, leadership & communication skills.
