We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CFO currently working in a retail startup environment, with proven expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions. The role will lead overall financial strategy, capital structuring, due diligence, and growth initiatives, while partnering closely with founders and investors.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing PE/VC interactions, financial modeling, governance, and scaling businesses in high-growth retail setups. Mumbai-based candidates from startup or new-age retail brands will be preferred.
