We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven professional to help optimize and scale our firm’s internal operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple projects across different teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Support for Firm Operations & Expansion
- Act as a thought partner to the COO, supporting firm-wide operational management and expansion initiatives.
- Provide structured insights and execution support on high-priority strategic projects.
- Assist in the design and implementation of scalable processes to support rapid business growth.
2. Cross-Functional Execution & Business Scaling
- Collaborate across the entire firm to support initiatives spanning investment operations, marketing, branding, and firm expansion.
- Oversee and actively contribute to process automation and technology integrations to enhance efficiency.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to optimize firm operations for growth.
3. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Serve as a coordinator between the COO and other business functions, ensuring smooth execution of strategic priorities.
- Prepare insights and reports for senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Support PR, communications, and marketing initiatives to strengthen the firm’s external presence.
4. Project Management & Execution
- Manage key projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, PR coordination, and firm-wide events to enhance brand positioning.
- Help drive internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, improving collaboration and best practices across teams.

Education & Experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in VC, private equity, top-tier management consulting, or strategic operations roles.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with process automation, business intelligence, or operational optimization.
- Project management experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience in PR, marketing, or stakeholder engagement, is a strong plus.
- Technical skills (Python, SQL, JavaScript) and data visualization experience (e.g., dashboards) are a plus
