Summary: The Program Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Deals Program team's efforts to drive revenue and streamline the deal process. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute deal activation, maintain resources, and gather valuable feedback to improve the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities: Process Reboot: Actively contribute to the execution of the goodwill process reboot, ensuring smooth implementation and tracking progress. Deal Activation: Assist in activating deals across both the Americas regions, coordinating activities with relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful deal closure.
Deals Intake Process: Develop, implement, and refine the deals intake process to ensure efficient and standardized management of incoming deals. Internal Feedback: Conduct listening sessions and round-table discussions with internal teams to identify gaps in resources, collateral, and troubleshooting processes. Deals Hub Maintenance: Maintain and update the Deals Hub, centralizing deal collateral and ensuring easy access for relevant stakeholders. Seller Training: Support training initiatives for sellers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage and close deals. Cross-Functional Review: Assist in the cross-functional review process to ensure deal alignment with company policies and objectives.
