Impact
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be a key driver of sales efficiency, data integrity, and revenue performance. You will empower sales leadership with accurate insights, streamlined processes, and scalable systems that enable the sales team to focus on what they do best—closing business. Your work will directly influence forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
CRM Ownership & Optimization
- Own and manage the company’s CRM platform, ensuring accurate data, clear visibility, and seamless communication between sales teams and clients.
- Continuously optimize CRM functionality to improve usability, reporting, and adoption across the sales organization.
Sales Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Define, track, and maintain key sales performance metrics, including win rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Analyze trends and performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity gains, and revenue growth.
Pipeline Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze sales pipelines to deliver insights ranging from high-level gap-to-goal reporting to detailed stage-level performance analysis.
- Partner with IT and Business Intelligence teams to define pipeline reporting requirements and support scalable analytics solutions.
Sales Team Enablement & Support
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on CRM tools, processes, and reporting best practices.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and managers to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Create, edit, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports; partner with IT on complex reporting needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy Alignment
- Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and IT to align go-to-market strategies, lead handoff processes, and revenue operations initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support company-wide revenue objectives.
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Revenue Cloud) and sales reporting tools.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $120,000 USD
