Job Responsibilities
- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinating between Business and Technology for technology supports business enhancement.
- Should be able to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Understanding of various function in commodity derivatives segment.
- Identify the manual process and get automated for better turnaround time.
- Identifying process delaying the deliver and improvise such process without compromising the compliance requirement.
- Ability to work on newer solutioning and build process for faster implementation.
- Assessment of compliance implications of circulars and plan for implementing for technology compliances.
- Prepare the regulatory reports and coordinate with senior staff for review and approval.
- Timely submissions of regulator compliances and drafting of responses on queries.
- Should possess leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as these are crucial for success in a Business Operations role.
- Experience of working in financial services/capital market domain will be an added advantage
- Exposure to audits (internal/external) and fine tuning of policies and procedures.
- Excellent team management skills, Interpersonal skills, conflict management, team building.
- Show ownership and commitment on the tasks taken up to understand the requirement and deliver in time with internal customers.
- Good written and verbal communications skills and ability to Communicate /interact clearly with internal customers is a must.
- Team oriented, always ready to take up newer challenges and contribute & enthusiastic to learn new things.
- Should be willing to work independently, passion to meet aggressive timelines in a large production environment.
