The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to support and optimize our sales operations for our US market. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison for our U.S B2B customer accounts.
- Process and manage sales orders from start to finish.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster strong communication between internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
- Accurately process sales and purchase orders.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Manage orders, deliveries, and invoices across various client platforms.
- Address and resolve inventory-related issues.
Customer Assistance (B2B)
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders, accounts, and transactions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, solution-focused communication.
Sales Team Support
- Partner with the sales team to coordinate activities and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and track KPIs.
- Identify and recommend process improvements within the sales support function.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer service, sales operations, or administrative support (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and EDI platforms.
