About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic General Manager – Sales to lead our B2B sales operations, focusing on factory-to-factory sales across India and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and building strong client relationships, preferably within the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage B2B sales operations with a strong focus on factory-to-factory business.
- Drive domestic and international sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales plans, budgets, and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 18+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, including India & international markets.
- Strong preference for candidates from the food industry.
- Must be fluent in Malayalam.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Age below 55 years.
