Role Description
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, managing financial risks, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role entails strategic decision-making to drive financial growth and operational efficiency in alignment with the company's long-term goals.

Qualification Required

Experience & Skills
- 15+ Years experience in handling Accounts & Finance preferably in Manufacturing sector
- Should have worked at Senior management level handling finance over 5 years
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and heading finance operations of large business units
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making
- Experience in leadership roles and overseeing financial operations
- Knowledge of FMCG or Manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
