Position Purpose: Spares Sales and Operational Support for MMD Mineral Sizing (Canada) Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generating quotes and proposals
· Monitor and Maintain stock and records in inventory control system
· Process purchase orders and paperwork
· Coordinate a smooth and timely flow of paperwork and processing
· Maintain filing structure
· Address customer issues and bring to attention of management when needed
· Accurately identify and purchase parts necessary to complete repairs in shop
· Coordinate with sales management relating to customer service needs
· Arrange for courier pick ups and organize shipping for large equipment/machinery
· Maintain accurate records of shipments
· Preparation of shipping documents
QUALIFICATIONS
- High proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook is a must
- Very Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate via Email proficiently
- Knowledge of Customs & Cross Boarder Shipping Requirements an asset
- Knowledge of Manufacturing and Assembly of Large Machinery
- Ability to interpret technical drawings & prints
- Capable of prioritizing urgent requests
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards for Industry an asset
- Valid Drivers Licence (abstract to be provided upon request)
- Knowledge of Company Management & Accountancy Software an asset

Remuneration: Salary of 55-65k depending on experience
