Role: Sales Operations Associate

About the Role:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales operations and customer management for one of our prime clients in the ready-mix industry. In this role, you’ll coordinate sales activities, manage billing and reporting, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales operations, reporting, and project tracking.
- Process billing, manage invoices, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Serve as the Salesforce administrator for sales data and performance insights.
- Support customer account management, quotes, and order processing.
- Assist with credit tracking, account reconciliation, and market analysis.
What You’ll Bring:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative or sales support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Salesforce is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive attitude with commitment to accuracy and customer service.
