As Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead the evolution of the revenue operations function from foundational to world-class, building scalable systems, processes, and data infrastructure that directly drive business growth. You will work cross-functionally to optimize workflows, deliver actionable insights, and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams. This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines analytics, process design, and team leadership, providing the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing, collaborative, and flexible environment. You will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategy and driving revenue performance at scale.
Accountabilities
- Own and optimize the revenue tech stack, with primary focus on Salesforce, supporting go-to-market strategy and territory planning
- Build scalable, data-driven workflows that eliminate inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle, from lead management to customer renewal
- Design and execute compensation audit processes to ensure fairness, accuracy, and alignment with business goals
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and a single source of truth for revenue performance
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to enhance enablement, communication, and training for go-to-market teams
- Mentor and provide strategic guidance to the Growth Ops Associate
- Collaborate with finance, product, marketing, and leadership to align on business goals and key metrics
- Build trust and alignment with stakeholders and sales teams by providing accurate data and strategic support
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a high-growth environment, ideally from $100M+ toward $1B
- Deep Salesforce expertise; Salesforce Admin certification preferred, Developer certification a plus
- Experience managing compensation plans, territory design, and complex workflows
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy; SQL proficiency is a plus
- Collaborative approach with credibility across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
- Bonus: Background in logistics, supply chain, marketplace, or tech; prior sales experience; SQL proficiency
