The Opportunity
Jetson is redefining home electrification and services through technology, data, and automation. AI and automation aren’t side projects here—they’re core to how we operate, move faster, and scale.
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist (RevOps Specialist) to build and scale the operational backbone of our revenue engine. This is a high-impact, highly visible role to facilitate growth with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success — owning the systems, analytics, integrations, and experimentation that power how Jetson acquires, converts, and retains customers.
This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting tools, automating workflows, experimenting with AI, and turning lots of data into clarity. You’ll be a key driver in how Jetson implements new technologies and operationalizes AI across revenue functions.
What You Will Do
- Own and optimize Jetson’s revenue stack, including HubSpot, Referral Factory, Gong, Retell, and other GTM tools
- Partner closely with Customer Operations to ensure new or improved help desk and customer service tools are implemented effectively to scale the business
- Build, maintain, and evolve integrations using Zapier and similar platforms
- Evaluate and implement new tools that improve effectiveness, attribution, and visibility
- Experiment with and implement AI tools, including Claude, Retell, and other emerging, out-of-the-box solutions to increase conversions, wins, while enhancing the customer experience throughout the journey
- Partner with teams to identify where AI can replace manual and/or repetitive work or unlock productivity gains
- Help define how Jetson responsibly and effectively operationalizes AI across revenue functions
- Ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data across the revenue funnel
- Build dashboards and reporting that track key metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, CAC)
- Translate data into insights that drive decisions—not just reports that sit unused
- Support experimentation and performance measurement across all marketing channels
- Design, implement and document scalable end-to-end revenue processes
- Improve speed, consistency, and clarity across handoffs between teams
- Support go-to-market experimentation and growth initiatives
- Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership on revenue performance and scalability
What You Bring
- 4–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
- Successfully implemented RevOps best practices and bleeding edge technologies to drive revenue growth
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) for sales, marketing and service
- Successful track record optimizing Gong (or other call intelligence platform) to support sales call coaching
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools (Claude), LLMs, and emerging technologies
- Strong experience with Zapier and workflow automation
- Experience supporting marketing performance across Hubspot Marketing, Meta and Google and other platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Systems thinker who enjoys building, breaking, and improving processes
- Experience implementing or evaluating new tools from scratch
- Familiarity with attribution modeling or advanced funnel analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,000 - $97,000 per annum
