Join our dynamic sales and operations team and work with a leading US-based MNC in data, analytics, and AI. Your role will be critical in handling support queries, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and track JIRA tickets & KTLO issues from GTM teams.
- Align GTM & IT, confirm deliverables, and drive sprints.
- Run prioritization sessions, groom tickets, and oversee ad‑hoc requests.
- Lead weekly meetings, maintain dashboards, and deliver clear reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ yrs in Business Analysis / Sales Ops / Operations.
✔ 1+ yr Salesforce experience (mandatory).
✔ Experience in maintaining dashboards; JIRA; project management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
