Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT GTM Specialist to support our Digital Commerce and Customer Experience (CX) initiatives. This role will manage integrations across Shopify, CRM, CDP, OMS, and analytics tools, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns and customer journeys.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage integrations between Shopify, CRM, CDP (MoEngage/WebEngage), OMS, and customer service tools
Work closely with business, marketing, IT, and vendors to deliver digital projects
Support end-to-end e-commerce flow: Cart → Checkout → Order Sync → Returns
Configure and monitor GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and event tracking
Troubleshoot data flow and API integration issues
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production monitoring
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and GTM trackers
Ensure adherence to SLAs and smooth system functioning
Follow basic data security and privacy best practices (DPDPA, VAPT awareness)

Required Skills
Functional Skills
Experience with Shopify (preferred), WooCommerce, or WordPress
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Freshdesk/Zendesk)
Experience with CDP/Marketing Automation tools (MoEngage/WebEngage)
Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization workflows
Understanding of e-commerce processes and digital customer journeys
Experience in FMCG / Retail / Apparel industry is a plus
Technical Skills
Experience with API integrations and data mapping
Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and event-based tracking
Familiarity with Shopify APIs or Liquid templates
Basic understanding of data security and privacy frameworks
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion) Experience & Qualification
5–6 years of experience in Digital Commerce / CX / E-commerce Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT/Computer Science preferred)
