We are looking for a GTM Operations Lead – GCP to drive partner-led revenue growth.
This role will anchor the GTM motion with GCP, responsible for alignment of strategic
objectives, engage the GCP teams, and drive revenue growth .
This is a high-visibility role operating at the intersection of Sales, Alliances, and Cloud
Partnerships.
• Account-Centric GTM Execution
o Drives structured motions such as:
▪ Persona-led outreach
▪ Use-case based meeting generation
▪ Account-based GTM campaigns
o Ensures GTM outputs (target lists, narratives, outreach plans, meeting
trackers) are high quality and sales ready.
• Meeting & Pipeline Enablement
o Tracks movement across pipeline stages and proactively
addresses leakage.
o Act as primary point of contact for Google Cloud partner teams for
all GCC initiatives, deal registrations, and executive connects.
• GTM Operations
o Own partner influenced pipeline and revenue metrics for GCP;
manage relations with the GCP accounts; align on priority
opportunity areas; engage with GCP teams as a community.
• Process Improvement & Enablement
Internal Use Only
o Own end to end process for GCP deal registration: ensure early
registration, quality submissions, and status tracking through
partner portals.
o Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cloud services and
solutions.
o Lead the execution of the overall go-to-market strategy,
encompassing business growth accountability, customer and
partner engagement, marketing, and demand generation plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Collaborates with:
▪ Central Solutioning – to align messaging and solution
framing
▪ Customer Success – to leverage delivery momentum
▪ Marketing / SDR support – where applicable
o Work with sales ops to integrate GCP deal registration data into
internal CRM for end to end pipeline visibility and reporting.
o Run weekly reviews with leadership team to track alliance KPIs and
ensure partner motion is embedded into opportunity planning.
• Business Orientation
o Anchors GTM execution to revenue outcomes and commercial
impact.
o Understands pipeline economics, conversion metrics, and cost-topipeline efficiency.
o Supports solution proposals and opportunity shaping in
collaboration with Growth teams.
Skill Requirements
• Technical Expertise:
- Strong working knowledge of:
• GTM operations, funnel management, and CRM-driven
execution
• Project and program management methodologies.
- Ability to structure and present GTM insights to senior internal leaders
and client-facing teams.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Growth, Delivery, and Customer
Success functions.
• Business Expertise:
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes without formal
authority.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and alignment
skills.
- High ownership mindset with disciplined execution rigor.
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in GTM partnerships.
• Prior experience working with alliances.
• Exposure to alliance-led revenue models
