What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of Finance and Accounting experience with at least 5 years in senior financial leadership
- Significant experience within the defense/government contracting industry
- Hands-on M&A, due diligence, and acquisition integration experience
- IPO readiness experience
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- CPA, CFA, or similar certification highly desirable
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the overall Finance organization and financial strategy
- Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and financial operations
- Lead government contract accounting, compliance, indirect rates, and DCAA/DCMA-related requirements
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and continued company growth
- Evaluate potential acquisitions and lead financial due diligence and integration efforts
- Play a key role in preparing the organization for a potential future IPO
- Oversee cash forecasting, banking relationships, capital requirements, and working capital
- Provide financial leadership around proposal pricing, contract profitability, and major business decisions
- Develop and lead the Finance team as the organization continues to scale
- Provide financial insight and reporting to executive leadership and other key stakeholders
