We are seeking a part time Strategic CFO to join our executive team. We provide bookkeeping, controllership, and CFO-level expertise to companies across industries.
We’re seeking an experienced CFO to join our team and work with our clients as a trusted advisor. This is not a traditional in-house CFO role—you’ll bring your expertise to several companies, providing high-level financial leadership and strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
What You'll Do
- Partner with multiple business owners and leadership teams to provide clear financial insight and direction
- Build financial models, forecasts, and cash flow management strategies
- Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking for client companies
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure clients receive best-in-class support

- Strong background in financial strategy, forecasting, and cash flow management

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in other managerial positions within finance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, accounting practices, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Location & Work Style
We are based in Manitoba and expanding into the Winnipeg market. The role will include a mix of client-facing time and remote work.
