Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
Position Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst is a detail-oriented support role focused on the execution of daily sales operations. This individual ensures data accuracy, manages CRM systems, tracks performance metrics, and supports lead follow-up and administrative tasks. The Analyst is essential to maintaining operational consistency and enabling the sales team to focus on closing deals and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build automated reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Generate dashboards and daily activity reports to provide visibility into team performance and pipeline health.
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot), including importing/exporting data, merging duplicates, and auditing usage.
- Ensure timely outreach by the sales team to assigned leads.
- Review expense reports and CRM schedules.
- Handle data entry, call logs, and follow-ups.
- Assist with implementation of new tools or processes.
- Onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing training on CRM tools, reporting, and outreach processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years in sales support or administrative roles.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
