Opportunity
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will report to the COO with the mandate, resources, and executive support to build a best-in-class revenue organization and are expected to build scalable systems, not just manage our existing team. This is your opportunity to shape the trajectory of a category-defining company, driving both strategy and execution as we scale to our next stage of growth.
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven CRO to take full ownership of TerraSlate’s revenue engine. This opportunity is rare, and we’re looking for one exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to own the strategy and execution to scale TerraSlate from $10M to $18M in the next 24 months, with clear KPIs across enterprise, channel, and international markets. You will build a revenue engine capable of doubling revenue within 24 months and setting the foundation for $50M+ scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Leadership: Own TerraSlate’s entire revenue strategy, execution, and outcomes across direct sales, channel partnerships, and enterprise accounts. Lead high-performance teams driving demand generation, sales enablement, and account management for maximum pipeline conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Enterprise Growth: Build and expand TerraSlate’s enterprise customer base across key industries (hospitality, healthcare, government, and others). Drive recurring revenue streams with large-scale, multi-year contracts.
- Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable (LMA): Cultivate a culture of accountability, coaching, and performance excellence aligned with EOS principles.
- Revenue Operations and Data: Implement revenue KPIs, forecasting, and dashboards with Shopify reports, HubSpot, and analytics. Leveraging data-driven decision-making across all customer-facing functions to continuously improve performance.
- Sales and Marketing Integration: Partner with Visionary/COO to align sales and marketing initiatives, driving maximum performance while maintaining brand standards, 99%+ customer satisfaction, and core value proposition.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Visionary and leadership team to shape TerraSlate’s growth strategy and go-to-market positioning.
- Player-Coach: Lead from the front to inspire, guide, and scale the revenue team while actively owning a personal book of business, driving marquee deals, and modeling the sales excellence expected across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling revenue 2–3x in a founder-led or growth-stage company, ideally with manufacturing, B2B, or product-based businesses.
- Demonstrated success in building, leading, and inspiring high-performing sales and customer success teams.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from within aggressive timeframes.
- Expertise in enterprise sales, channel development, and international market expansion.
- Strong command of sales operations, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- High growth, entrepreneurial experience driven to scale a founder-led company.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Expect to work 50+ hours per week in this role in a productive and intensive environment. We will provide as much support as needed, but you will be expected to lead, manage, and hold yourself, plus your team, accountable quickly.

Compensation
On Target Earnings of $190,000 to $215,000, which includes quarterly performance bonuses tied to revenue growth and margin goals. The right CRO will have the opportunity to earn above industry standards as milestones are met.
