We’re looking for a Revenue Operations System Administrator to manage and optimize our revenue technology stack—primarily Gainsight and HubSpot—to ensure our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams can operate at their best.

Agency or consulting experience is a strong plus, as it shows adaptability to supporting multiple stakeholders and managing dynamic priorities.
System Administration: Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of Gainsight and HubSpot.
Process Optimization: Partner with RevOps, Sales, CS, and Marketing teams to design and refine workflows that drive efficiency and data accuracy.
Data Management: Maintain data hygiene, integrity, and reporting accuracy across Gainsight, HubSpot, and connected systems.
Automation & Integrations: Build and optimize automations, workflows, and integrations that streamline operations and reduce manual work.
User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials to ensure adoption and best practices.
Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports that deliver visibility into revenue performance and customer health.
Compliance & Governance: Support system governance, permissions, and compliance with data security and privacy standards.
3–5 years of hands-on experience administering and optimizing Gainsight and HubSpot.
Proven ability to configure workflows, automations, and integrations within both platforms.
Strong understanding of revenue operations processes across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
Proficiency in CRM data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with APIs, middleware, or integration tools (Zapier, Workato, etc.) a plus.
Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
Agency or consulting experience is a strong plus.
