Main purpose of the role
The Sales Operations Coordinator ensures smooth order processing and inventory flow by collaborating with the operations and sales teams to optimize stock levels, manage priorities, and support operational efficiency.
Tasks:
- Utilize sales data and stock supply to assist in the forecasting process, ensuring a steady order flow.
- Confirm stock lead times and collaborate with the demand planning team to ensure sufficient supply for order demand.
- Work closely with the Sales team to align forecasts and sales strategies for future orders.
- Manage warehouse operations by prioritizing open orders based on sales requirements.
- Support the FSDU process, coordinating with suppliers and demand planning to ensure successful display programs.
- Ensure compliance with customer orders and send approved orders to the order management team.
- Review open orders regularly to optimize efficiency in the order fulfillment process.
- Coordinate the receipt and delivery of sample orders.
This is a hybrid position, based 3 days a week at our Paris, France office.
An excellent level of both English and French is required.
