Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations & Funnel Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in Vancouver. In this role, you’ll be a business-minded RevOps professional who thrives at the intersection of top- and bottom-funnel strategy, analytics, and innovation. You’ll help drive the next evolution of our demand generation and revenue processes by blending advanced analytics, process optimization, and strategic advisory support for our Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end funnel projects, delivering deep pipeline insights, market signal analysis, and personalized demand generation strategies. This includes leveraging AI, agent-based workflows, emerging search techniques, and cutting-edge market signal data to build, test, and scale new approaches. Your work will help create awareness and interest around Acorn PLMS’s Capabilities-First approach, accelerating learning impact and engagement for the world’s best organizations.
This role also champions a test–learn–iterate culture, where experimentation and continuous improvement are central to how we scale our revenue engine and drive high growth.

- Revenue Systems & CRM Expertise – Advanced: Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and RevOps processes, acting as a go-to expert.
- Data Analytics & Reporting – Advanced: Designs and delivers advanced reporting, pipeline insights, and funnel analysis.
- Process Optimisation – Proficient: Identifies bottlenecks and drives efficiency improvements across GTM workflows.
- Strategic Advisory – Proficient: Trusted partner to Sales & Marketing leadership, providing insights that influence decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Advanced: Works seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver RevOps projects and initiatives that improve the scalability of our revenue engine.
- Conduct advanced pipeline and funnel analysis to provide actionable insights to GTM leadership.
- Act as a trusted adviser to Sales & Marketing leaders, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Drive optimisation of processes within HubSpot CRM to enable greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with other team members to assess and prioritize campaign spends
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for revenue performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KPIs, workflows, and systems across the revenue lifecycle.
- Contribute to projects that continuously improve how we capture, analyse, and report on revenue data.
Required Experience:
- Mandatory: Depth of expertise in HubSpot CRM administration, workflows, and reporting
- 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations (or closely related roles in Sales Ops / Marketing Ops)
- Strong skills in advanced reporting and data analytics (Excel, BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Proven experience conducting pipeline and funnel analysis for SaaS revenue teams
- Track record of driving process optimisation within GTM teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to leadership
- Experience in a SaaS, scale-up, or high-growth tech environment preferred
Compensation:
This role sits within a salary range of $90k + 9% RRSP Contribution, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

We are open to individuals based in Vancouver, Canada. We are an office-first company, meaning we work from our local offices the majority (if not all) of the time. Being able to capitalise on this is key to our ongoing success and a large part of the reason we can work at the pace we do. Please note candidates will need to be in commuting distance to our offices based in Gastown, Vancouver.
