Job Description: AI-Powered Business Operations Manager
Role Purpose
We are seeking an AI-driven Sales & Marketing Tech Performance Manager to audit, optimize, and automate our sales and marketing processes. This role blends technology, AI solutions, and performance monitoring to ensure every touchpoint — from lead generation to closing — runs at maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Optimization
- Audit the entire sales & marketing tech stack (CRM, automation platforms, ad tools, analytics).
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation.
- Recommend and implement AI-first improvements.
Performance Dashboards & Reporting
- Build efficiency dashboards tracking:
- response times,
- follow-ups,
- content pipeline status,
- conversion and closing rates.
- Generate summarized daily/weekly updates for leadership.
AI Solutions & Automation
- Deploy AI copilots for:
- email drafting,
- instant reporting,
- chatbot follow-ups.
- Automate emails, push notifications, and deadline reminders.
- Implement AI planning tools for perfect scheduling and pipeline visibility.
- Build automations for payments, spending tracking, and supplier follow-ups.
Sales & Team Efficiency
- Track daily activity and attendance of sales team members.
- Manage lead distribution and ensure timely follow-up.
- Run monthly podium updates to recognize top performers and drive competition (e.g., “6-month award race”).
- Support leadership with time-to-response, conversion, and closing analysis.
Training & Adoption
- Train sales and marketing teams to use tools correctly and consistently.
- Act as the AI enabler across the department — ensuring every person’s workflow is streamlined through automation.
- Document processes and provide clear guides for long-term adoption.
