About Us:
Fast-growing B2B diamond jewellery manufacturing company specializing in customized and bulk orders for retail partners.
Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end business operations with full ownership of execution, profitability, people, processes, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across Sales, Production, Finance, Logistics, HR & Support
Ensure smooth execution of customized orders and process adherence
Drive SOP implementation, efficiency, cost control, and TAT improvement
Own operational P&L, margins, budgeting, and cash flow
Define KPIs, review performance, and ensure accountability
Lead HODs, build strong teams, and maintain a high-performance culture
Improve sales discipline, conversions, and customer experience
Qualifications:
MBA / Management degree preferred
Minimum 5+ years in senior operations or cross-functional leadership
Manufacturing / B2B experience preferred
Success Measure:
Business runs smoothly and profitably with minimal Founder involvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
