Position Overview
The Revenue Operations Director is a key strategic partner responsible for driving operational alignment, execution, and excellence to enhance revenue generation across all departments reporting to the COO including Support, Services, Customer Success and Enablement. This role combines high-level strategic support with tactical program execution, financial oversight, and staff coordination. It also plays a critical role in ensuring operational priorities are met while driving visibility, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution

Partner with executive leadership to define and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies

Translate strategic objectives into measurable goals, KPIs, and operational plans

Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to guide go-to-market initiatives

Support the COO in developing and implementing organizational strategies that deliver successful outcomes to meet or exceed revenue targets

Track objectives and metrics and ensure alignment with company-wide priorities
Financial and Operational Oversight

Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting to ensure accuracy and predictability

Deliver actionable insights across the revenue lifecycle to improve efficiency and performance

Maintain high standards of data integrity and governance across all systems

Is accustomed to managing P&L responsibilities

Prepare executive-level reports and monthly presentations for CEO and Board of Directors updates

Lead operational reviews and identify areas for process improvement
-
Work with Operations leadership team to implement processes and system changes that better track revenue, projects and customer health

Jointly develop pricing and new offering revenue plans

Track and interpret all KPI’s across global Operations

Work with peers to improve KPI’s
Governance and Communications

Coordinate COO leadership team meetings and project reviews

Drive preparation of high-quality content for board-level and executive meetings

Streamline internal governance processes and ensure accountability on follow-ups

Drive deep alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure a unified approach to revenue growth

Facilitate joint planning sessions to align go-to-market strategies, customer engagement plans, and revenue goals across departments

Implement processes that ensure smooth handoffs between functions, reducing churn and accelerating time-to-value for customers
Staff Tracking and Talent Operations

Track billable and non-billable utilization across the operations team

Identify areas for improvement

Track organizational structure, headcount, and hiring pipeline for COO departments

Work with peers and the People Experience team to identify talent gaps and support succession planning efforts

Assist with leadership development and organizational readiness programs
Required Skills & Education
-
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
-
7+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or Revenue Management roles, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
-
Strong analytical skills with financial fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, margins)
-
Exceptional communication and presentation development skills (e.g., PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel)
-
High level of adaptability, organization, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
-
High degree of business acumen
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ERP software and SaaS delivery models

Experience working with customer success, support, or professional services organizations
-
Background in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sector is a plus
