Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and organized Operational Head to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our academy. This role is perfect for a professional with at least two years of experience, particularly within the edtech sector, who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of a digital learning environment. You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from student support to course delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
● Process Management: Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and student satisfaction. This includes managing student onboarding, course enrollment, and support systems.
● Team Leadership: Oversee a small team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
● Student Support: Supervise and enhance our student support channels (email, chat, etc.) to ensure timely and effective resolution of student inquiries and issues.
● Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and present findings to senior management.
● Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external partners, such as payment gateways, content creators, and technology providers, to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.
● Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of our course delivery and platform experience is consistently high. Address any technical or content-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
● A Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role, with a strong preference for experience in an edtech platform.
● Proven ability to manage and optimize operational processes.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing a small team.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
● Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
