Position Overview
The Wholesale Operations Manager will oversee all operational processes that
support the success of WILLY CHAVARRIA’s global wholesale business. Acting as
the backbone of the wholesale sales team, this individual ensures seamless
execution of order management, logistics, and account operations, while maintaining
the precision and excellence expected of a luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Wholesale Operations Management
o Oversee order entry, allocation, and fulfillment across ~170 wholesale
accounts globally.
o Monitor production and shipping timelines to ensure seasonal
collections are delivered on time.
o Partner closely with logistics, distribution centers, and third-party
vendors to optimize operations.
• Account Support
o Serve as the key operational liaison between the wholesale sales team
and retail partners.
o Manage order changes, cancellations, reorders, and resolve account
issues promptly.
o Deliver exceptional operational support that reflects the brand’s luxury
positioning.
• Sales Team Partnership
o Provide reporting, sales data, and account analysis to support
seasonal campaigns and business goals.
o Assist with preparations for global sales markets, including line sheets,
order tracking, and account materials.
• Process Optimization
o Implement systems and processes to streamline wholesale operations.o Partner with finance on invoicing, chargebacks, and compliance
requirements.
o Drive best practices for order management, logistics, and account
communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with production, merchandising, logistics, finance, and
customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.
o Support onboarding of new wholesale accounts and integration into
systems and workflows.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of wholesale operations or account management experience,
preferably within luxury fashion.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale sales processes and operations.
• Proven ability to manage global accounts and coordinate with international
partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/order management systems (Apparel Magic preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
