Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bengaluru. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust fiscal management and compliance. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and reporting, budgeting, fundraising preparedness, and conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The CFO will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all financial activities align with business objectives and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Statement Management
- Strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; experience working with early-stage startups is preferred
- Strong knowledge of company policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in fundraising readiness and documentation
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA in Finance/CA (preferred)
